1/2 Day Yoga Un-Wind Retreat

This retreat offers student the chance to unwind, relax and enjoy a taste of yogic lifestyle. 

Our 1/2 day yoga immersion retreat will begin with an open discussion on the philosophies and principles of yoga practice.

From our discussion we'll move into an extended yoga practice with guided meditation into savasana.

After our practice we'll discuss yogic self care principles and incorporate some much needed self care.

We'll complete our retreat with socializing & lunch.

 

1/2 day retreats start at just $100/per student.  Advanced registration & payment required.

1 Day Yoga & Relaxation Retreat

This full day retreat offers students the chance to experience a full day of Yogic Lifestyle

 

Typical Retreat includes:

*3 Yoga classes spread out throughout the day (hatha, vinyasa and restorative)

*A guided meditation Session

*Buffet Lunch - from local food (organic & seasonal when available).  Generally speaking the lunch is    vegetarian, but can include local fish or meat upon request.

*Yogic lifestyle principles, body care, wellness & yoga philosophy are infused into many facets of the retreat day with a full discussion & hands on approach to wellness.

 

Also to be enjoyed from the day is socializing with fellow retreat students & lots of fun, relaxation and rejuvenation of body, mind and spirit.

9:30am ~5pm.

Weekend Yoga Immersion Retreat (Seasonal offerings)

2 day retreat offers students the chance to experience a slightly deeper dive into Yogic Lifestyle with comfortable, quaint, seasonal, rustic (bunkie) accommodations.

 

Our weekend retreat includes:

*Friday evening - welcome, restorative practice with extended guided savasana

*Saturday - morning moving meditation (gentle flow practice) followed by refreshments & nutritious breakfast

*Mid-morning opportunity to enjoy the retreat grounds, nature walk, river, kayak, hammock, screened gazebo, gardens, or enjoy a body care private session booking (pre-designated time slots)

*Saturday late-morning- Yogic Lifestyle & philosophy discussion and self care practices, followed by nutritious ample lunch

*Saturday late afternoon - kirtan, mantra and dedication practices w/ special guests followed by yoga asana & pranayama practice.

*Light supper/snacks

*Saturday evening - bonfire 

*Sunday - morning moving meditation (gentle flow practice) followed by refreshments & nutritious breakfast

*Mid-morning opportunity to enjoy the retreat grounds, nature walk, river, kayak, hammock, screened gazebo, gardens or partake in seasonal food preparation efforts as part of community & energy building.

*Sunday late-morning thru to mid-afternoon- body care session bookings available (pre-designated time slots)

*Ample buffet style lunch 11-2pm

*Mid-afternoon - rest & personal time - opportunity to enjoy the retreat grounds

*Late afternoon - closing yoga practice
