These classes are designed to engage students in the learning process with hands-on, practical experience while providing sound, holistic nutrition knowledge. Class size limited to 8 students. All levels of cooking experience welcome – novice to chefs alike!

All classes will take place at Wilton Community Hall - 251 Simmons Road

Recipes will be provided for each session. We'll discuss nutrition while food preparations take place, giving students lots of opportunity to improve their knife & kitchen tool skills. All while learning more about nutrition in a fun and interactive way. Come and enjoy the the whole foods experience with fellow like-minded people.
$50 per class (includes printed class materials, recipes, lunch & any leftovers to take home, if desired)
Advanced Registration Required w/ a $10 deposit. Each class is limited to 8 participants.

Once you are registered in class you will receive a confirmation email. The week of the class you'll receive more specific information about the class you are attending and anything you may need to bring with you, outlining more specific details about the series and what to expect.
